Palmyra is a village in Otoe County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 652 at the time of the 2021 American Community Survey. Palmyra is a community just 10 minutes Southeast of Lincoln, Nebraska and located along Highway 2. Traditionally, in the beginning of June, the Palmyra Community Foundation hosts the “Old Settlers Picnic.” This is a weekend long family friendly event with games for the kids, a parade, pedal tractor pull, cornhole tournament, color run and much more!
